Due to the nature of our mystery bundles and surprise items, all sales are final.
Each order is uniquely curated, and the surprise is part of the experience — which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on item preferences.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you 💜
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mysticskyboutique@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item(s)
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement item or resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
🚚 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out within 3 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
While we are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered, we will always do our best to assist you.
🎥 Digital Items
All digital purchases (such as TikTok video inclusions) are non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom-created experiences.
🎁 Gift Card Policy
All Mystic Sky Boutique gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Since gift cards are delivered digitally and ready to use right away, all sales are final once purchased.
